Community Hospital of Bremen Laboratory is a full-service laboratory committed to excellence in quality and customer service. We are fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and CLIA.
The goal of the CAP accreditation program is to assure a level of service that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
Orders
We accept laboratory orders from any licensed physician. Fax orders are accepted at 574-546-4025.
Hours
Laboratory services for inpatients and emergency department patients are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Outpatient testing hours:
- Monday – Friday 7:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Home draw services are available to homebound patients within a local radius. Please contact the laboratory for more information.
